This information is important. Please read it carefully. At Hitachi Vantara, we are excited to welcome you to the LATAM Partner Summit FY26. To help you plan your participation with confidence, we are sharing information regarding the event's coverage and logistics.

Hitachi Vantara will cover the following expenses for participants:

  • One (1) double room (for two people) for the official event nights of August 19 and 20, in the room category assigned by the hotel at check-in.

* Additional nights, room category upgrades, or special requests must be paid for directly by the guest and are subject to hotel availability.

  • Ground transportation between Cancún International Airport (CUN) and the host hotel, exclusively during the official event dates — arrival on August 19 and departure on August 21 — and for those who have shared their travel itinerary in a timely manner.
  • Meals, activities, experiences, and transportation included in the official agenda of the LATAM Partner Summit FY26.
  • Preferential rate available only 3 nights before and 3 nights after the event, on consecutive nights.
  • Any additional consumption or services not included in the official agenda must be paid for by each guest.

  • Children aged 0 (zero) to 3 (three) years per room stay free of charge.
  • Children aged 4 (four) to 12 (twelve) years per room: 50% of the double-occupancy rate applies per child per night. Minors are only permitted when accompanied by a responsible adult in the room.

Important notes

  • We recommend that you schedule your arrival at Cancún International Airport (CUN), the main air gateway to Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya.
  • The host hotel is located approximately 45-60 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic. We suggest you arrive on the morning of August 19 to check in comfortably and make the most of the experience.
  • Airfare is not included in Hitachi Vantara's coverage. Each participant is responsible for arranging and paying for their own flights to and from Cancún.
  • Personal expenses, additional services, or expenses outside the official program will not be covered by Hitachi Vantara.
  • Each attendee is responsible for complying with the immigration requirements, documentation, visas, or permits necessary for their trip.
